1. About us. This website is operated by Sunnybank, a trading name of Warrier Keen Trading LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence number 1643635. Registered address: Building Name/No BURJUMAN METRO STATION - R40-10-2, Al Hamriya, Plot Number 661-0, Dubai, UAE.

2. Using the site. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful or in a way that could harm it or other users.

3. Orders. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We confirm by email, and the order is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or there’s an error in pricing, and we’ll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We never store your full card details.

5. Delivery. Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Product information. We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients. If you have an allergy, please read the ingredients carefully or contact us before ordering.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Sunnybank name, logo, photography, text and designs, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer law.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order applies.

Marketing. We only email you if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Payments. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
